Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the fl999 platform. This document serves as a legal agreement between you and fl999.

General Provisions and Definitions

The following terms used in these conditions apply with the meanings set out below:

  • "fl999" — The entity operating this platform and all of its authorized affiliates.
  • "Platform" — The fl999 website, mobile version and all services provided through them.
  • "User" or "Member" — Any person who is registered with fl999 and/or who uses the services of the platform.
  • "Account" — A member's personal profile on fl999 and the associated balance information.
  • "Bonus" — Any promotional funds, free spins or rewards granted by fl999.
  • "Bet" — The act of a user spending money or credits on any game or event.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. By registering as a member, you acknowledge that you have read these terms in full and agree to comply with them.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on fl999 and use any service on the platform, users must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. fl999 reserves the right to verify age at any time.

Important: If an account is found to be used by a minor, the account will be immediately closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account on fl999. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration and at any subsequent stage, users must provide complete, truthful, accurate and up-to-date information. Providing false information may result in account closure.

2.4 Verification Process

fl999 may at any time request additional documents to verify a member's identity and payment information. The withdrawal process may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

Account Security and Responsibility

Users are required to keep their account login details (username, password and other verification information) completely confidential. The full responsibility for preventing unauthorized use of the account rests with the user.

  • Login details must not be shared with anyone else.
  • Any suspicious activity on the account must be reported to the fl999 support team immediately.
  • You must log out after using a public or shared device.
  • Using a strong password and changing it regularly is recommended.
fl999 uses SSL encryption technology to keep your information secure. Please remain vigilant on your end as well.

fl999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of an account, unless it is proven that the incident was caused by fl999's own negligence.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on fl999 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). This same minimum applies to all payment methods. The maximum deposit amount may vary depending on the account tier and verification status.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Successful withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be delayed. Verify your identity in advance for faster withdrawals.

4.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions on fl999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Funds deposited in foreign currency will be automatically converted to BDT; fl999 is not responsible for any differences in the conversion rate.

4.4 Third-Party Payment Prohibition

Members must use a payment method registered in their own name. Payments from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such transactions may be rejected.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on fl999 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit of up to ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered a total of 25 times (25x). For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing.

If an attempt is made to withdraw a bonus without meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus will be cancelled and any associated winnings may also be forfeited.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus has a specific validity period; expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
  • fl999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer related to bonuses.
  • Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or by fraudulent means will result in account closure.
  • Separate cashback and rewards apply for VIP members.

5.4 VIP Program

The fl999 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — 0.5%; Gold — 0.7%; Platinum — 1.0%; and Diamond — 1.2%. The process for advancing to a higher tier is determined based on the member's overall activity and loyalty.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

fl999 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games available on the platform operate using third-party verified technology. fl999 ensures that the outcome of no game is predetermined.

6.2 Game Providers

6.3 Betting Rules

  • fl999 reserves the right to reclaim funds incorrectly credited due to a software error.

6.4 Live Casino Special Rules

During live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final. In the event of a disconnection or technical issue, the round will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fl999 platform and may result in account closure and legal action:

  • Any form of fraud, deception or match-fixing attempt.
  • Playing games using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
  • Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
  • Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
  • Attempting to hack or carry out a cyber attack on fl999's systems or servers.
  • Colluding with other players with the intent to influence game outcomes.
  • Spreading false or misleading information in fl999's name.
Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all deposited funds and winnings, and legal action where necessary.

Account Suspension and Termination
